The quality and finishing are very good, and they understood and fulfilled our requirements well. The owner is very approachable and always reachable whenever we need any support. Their maintenance and after-service are also excellent. Overall, a very reliable and professional team. Highly recommended!

While searching online, I came across this company and was genuinely interested in visiting their office. I even went there physically, but I could not locate the office at the location shown on Google Maps. After trying multiple times, my third call was finally answered. I informed the person that I was unable to find the office. He first asked about the purpose of my visit. After I explained, he said he was not available and asked me to come later. When I asked for a suitable time slot and the exact office location so I wouldn’t face the same issue again, he replied that I should have called before visiting. I understand that these days many businesses prefer customers to call before visiting. However, when a company claims to have an office and also mentions visiting hours on Google, people may naturally visit without prior notice. In a commercial business dealing, this should be understood professionally. Unfortunately, his tone throughout the conversation felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily arrogant. At that point, I started questioning the authenticity of the office location itself, because we could not find it physically and my questions about it were repeatedly avoided on the call. Also, when someone is planning a home interior project, it is a very personal and important decision. Good communication and professionalism matter a lot. If the interaction is difficult even before becoming a client, it naturally raises concerns about how project communication and support would be handled later. I would strongly suggest improving transparency regarding the office location and working on interpersonal communication with potential clients. Thanks.

For this reason, we usually request visitors to call in advance before visiting. Regarding the office location, we would like to clarify that our office is active and operational at the listed address. However, due to navigation inaccuracies on Google Maps in our area, some visitors may occasionally face difficulty locating the exact entrance. We are already working to improve the location guidance for future visitors. We also regret if our conversation appeared rude or dismissive in any way. That was never our intention. We value respectful communication with every client and inquiry, regardless of project size or stage.
